RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to contact@rokketand.com or use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have bought several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded if you regret part of your purchase.
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. You must pay for the return of the package yourself, and it is you, who is liable if damage occurs during transport.
The condition of the item when you return it
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase price back . The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get back the shipping costs. We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.
Refund of purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from that day , where we have received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.
We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We can withhold payment until we have received the item unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
A 2-year right of complaint is given to consumers in accordance with the Sales Act on all goods purchased in our webshop. The right to complain applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the product repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation, if your complaint is justified. The complaint does not apply to damage caused by incorrect handling of the product.
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.
Rokketand will cover return costs to a reasonable extent if the complaint is justified. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging.Also remember to get a shipping receipt so we can refund your shipping costs

COMPLETE ACCESS
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact contact@rokketand.com. If we do not manage to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via Klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus.
To be able to complain, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.
When you shop at an e-marked webshop, you can have your case processed by the e-marked for free - regardless of the size of the amount. Read more here
