Shipping policy

DELIVERY 

We pack and ship your order within 1-3 working days. In busy periods, it may take up to 5 working days before we are ready to send your package. If your order is delivered to a parcel shop, you must remember to pick it up before it is sent back.

Shipments in Denmark

You can choose between the following carriers.

Delivery to GLS, DAO and BRING package shop: Free shipping over DKK 500

For orders under DKK 500: DKK 49.

Delivery to a private address: The shipping price is DKK 59.

Expected delivery time is 1-4 working days.

Shipments to EU countries

(Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands , Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden)

Delivery with GLS: The shipping price is DKK 139

Expected delivery time is 4-7 working days.

  When your order ships, you will receive an email with the package's shipping information and a link to track your package online. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to appear. If there is no space at the delivery point, your parcel will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, contact us through our customer service.
